The Allegheny Cycling Association (ACA) is a Pittsburgh-based, USAcycling-registered bicycle racing club that provides road bike, mountain bike and cyclocross racing opportunities in Western Pennsylvania. The ACA is made up of approximately 200 men and women from Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, Northern West Virginia and Western Maryland and consists of USAC-licensed riders, coaches and mechanics as well as non-licensed riders and supporters. A Board of Directors consisting of elected officers, elected board members and USCF officials determines the ACA's policies. The year 2010 is the ACA's 38th Anniversary and 39th Racing Season.

In 2009 the ACA sponsored the following races/events:

• Pittsburgh Bike Oval Tuesday (22 races)/Wednesday (23 races)Evening Criterium Series
• Mingo Creek Spring RR Series (3 Races - a Don Mosites/Elete Cycling production)
• USCF Official's Seminar/Certification

In 2009 the ACA provided resources and financial support for the following races/events:

• Mingo Creek Spring RR Series
• Murrysville Cyclocross
